Important Registration Details - Please Read All


Pre-registration Check List:

  • USA Lacrosse Membership  -  I know that an Active USA lacrosse membership is required to register my son for the upcoming PV lacrosse season and I have confirmed my son’s US lacrosse membership is active through May 31st 2027. If not, please renew/join at USA Lacrosse
  • Uniforms – I have reviewed the grade-specific uniform requirements below and understand I must purchase the required uniform within the stated instructions and timeline below.  The organization will not be responsible for in the event some does not order a uniform for their child.


ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR FULL EQUIPMENT FOR ALL LACROSSE PRACTICES AND GAMES. FULL EQUIPMENT INCLUDES: HELMET, GLOVES, ELBOW PADS, SHOULDER PADS, GLOVES, AND STICK.


Uniform Requirements - ALL players must order new for 2027 Season:

  • Previous years uniforms CANNOT be used for the 2027 season. Please see below for ordering requirements by grade:
  • K-2nd Grade Players will be required to purchase ONLY a porthole jersey top and reversible.   Shorts and shooter shirt will be optional and can still be purchased.
  • 3rd-8th Grade Players will ALL be required to purchase the complete uniform package, including uniform top, practice reversible, shorts, and shooter shirt.
  • The team bag and back pack are optional for all players. Please note, this will be the only time you can order this team bag and backpack for the 2027 season. It is a custom order and will not be offered again until next season.
  • All uniform purchases will ship directly to your home.
  • IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
  • Returning players will retain their uniform number from last year. When prompted to enter your uniform number, please make sure to enter the number you had last year. Players with a duplicate number should have received an email with your number for the upcoming season.
  • New players - please enter 00 when prompted to enter your number. You will be able to choose from available numbers after the store closes and your order will be updated.


*NEW IN 2027 - PRACTICE REVERSIBLE

  • The organization will be covering the cost of these for all families.  The charge will come out to $0 in your cart for this item.  But please make sure you order tbhis required item so you have it for practice. 


ORDER DEADLINES

All orders processed prior to 12/7/2026 will arrive mid-February. 

Any order placed after this date and before the store closes on 1/11/27 will arrive end of March.

*Please note, we cannot be responsible for issues that may arise with production. To ensure you receive your uniform in time for the SEPYLA season we highly encourage families to order before 12/7

STEP 1 - REGISTER


Spring 2027 Registration

Registration opens on October 11th and closes January 11th. We encourage all of our families to register as early as possible. There will be no exceptions after registration closes. At the time of close, we need to determine roster sizes, uniform numbers, and other important factors for the Spring season and the SEPYLA leage.


Costs for all players in grades K-2nd

  • Players in grades K-2nd will be free for the Spring 2027 season. Please note, you are still required to have an active US Lacrosse membership to register, purchase ALL required equipment, and must purchase the required uniform for your grade bracket.


Costs for all players in grades 3rd-8th:

  • Early bird pricing through 12/1 = $85.00/player
  • Registration after 12/1 = $95/player
  • Sibling discount = $80/player when registering two or more players

Important Dates:

SEPYLA Evaluations will be held at The All Sports Center on Feb. 6th and 7th. More details to come in TeamSnap after registration. Players are required to attend the evaluations. We will hold evaluations for and intend to field the following teams in 2026:

Feb. 6th

  • 5th and 6th Grade @ TBD
  • 7th and 8th Grade Feb @ TBD

Feb. 7th

  • 3rd and 4th Grade @ TBD




*Please note, while every player makes a team, if you are unable to attend the required evaluations we cannot guarantee a spot on a specific level.


**Coaches will NOT consider individual conflicts with another sport or lacrosse club team as a reason for being placed on a specific team. In the event you know your child will be unable to make a significant number of practices, we expect you to notify us ahead of time. Coaches and the organization reserve the right to move a player down during the season if they are not attending practices.

 

Expected Weekly Game Schedules:

  • Our Delaware Valley Lacrosse League (DVLL) games (K-2 and newer 3rd-4th graders) will be held on Sundays at Evans Elementary beginning in April and ending prior to Memorial Day Weekend. All games times and opponents are assigned by the DVLL.

 

  • Our Southeastern PA Youth Lacrosse (SEPYLA) games (our more experienced 3rd/4th graders and 5th - 8th grade) will be held on Saturday (Time/Locations: TBD). There will most likely be 2 weeknight games locally (Times TBD).  Regular season starts the last week of March (could start as early as third week) and ends the third weekend of May. Playoff eligible teams will have games for the 2 weeks following (no games over memorial day weekend). Championship games are typically scheduled the first weekend of June. All dates and opponents are assigned by SEPYLA.
